states is still lower than the
lowest point in Colorado.
Though much of the state
is flat.
Colorado is known for
it's world famous ski
resorts which include
Aspen and Vail. The
Ski season last for
eight months.
Denver Colorado is known as
the Mile High City because its
average elevation is 5,280
feet. (1,609 m) which is one
mile above sea level.
It's altitude is the highest of
any state.
